Best staff, so supportive and helpful of your needs. Explained everything how they are going to manage all the party step by step. I celebrated my both sons birthday there. I am very satisfied, definitely gonna come back again.

Amazing service!! Everytime I come here I am always left pleased with the managers and the staff members and how clean the centre is. They have also just updated the new toddler area which is so much better than the other one they had. I love how they added some new items to the menu which taste great.

This play centre is a very good place to take your children to. The place is very spacious and comfortable. The equipment is very good and safe for kids,we had my granddaughter's birthday, and it was just lovely. The canteen was great and it had lots of variety,everyone had fun I would like to thank the staff they did a great job.

Usually very quiet, not many people although I don't visit on weekends. Staff would not honor the $10 after school special because we were there 10 minutes early. I paid full price but thought for the sake of 10 minutes it could of been honoured

We went on a Thursday afternoon it was quiet and clean. My kids enjoyed it. Food wasnt the greatest coffee was okay. But over all good parking for a quiet day. It would be hard to park during the weekend

Better than other play centres. However, kids are not supervised especially in the 4yo and under area. Kids were on tricycles everywhere and they hit other kids inside the 4yo area. I mentioned this to one staff member. She said they will supervise and nothing happened. Place expensive as I had to pay $50 for 3 kids as they charged 15% being public holiday the day we visited. Ball cannons are not working. Overall, bad experience. 3 stars as it was cleaner than other play centres.

I honestly have heard stories, and seen for myself. Sometimes the staff are very helpful when a party is booked and you pay per head, which is expected. Other times there are very helpful staff. Otherwise the place is usually clean, plenty of entertainment for the kids, and coffees, food, ect for the big kids.

I had my sons 5th birthday last weekend at Crocs in Epping and was a little disappointed with the service we received given how much we paid for the party. It was very rushed and were told we had to vacate the party room after an hour even though I noticed there wasn’t even a party booked after us. It was empty after us all afternoon. Furthermore the food we ordered for the kids was quickly packed up even though many kids hadn’t eaten yet or some were playing and would come back looking for food to find the party room empty. When I asked the staff where all the platters of sandwiches and other food had gone I was told they were thrown out. We weren’t even asked if we wanted to take the leftovers home and I know for a fact there were multiple sandwiches platters that the kids hadn’t even touched. I had some guests who turned up to the party a bit late to find no food left for them so I had to order additional meals for them. What a complete waste of food.
